Boot Camp Title

"You Will Be Energized All Day!"

Our Boot Camp style class is a great way to increase strength, boost aerobic capacity, improve flexibility, lose weight, and break through plateaus! A dynamic, motivational 75 minute class that is a "can't miss workout!"

The program is customized to meet the needs of our participants - a 60 minute combination of resistance training, cardiovascular training, and sport specific drills with chanting, singing, and loads of fun! Regardless of your fitness level, emphasis is placed on exercising safely, having fun, and completing the challenge. The class finishes with 15 minutes of gentle stretching exercises to incorporate the complete mind/body experience.

The ideal setting for this program is of course, the great outdoors! We use natural props, playgrounds & sport fields and may request that the participant supply additional equipment to enhance the workout (Swiss Ball, Hand Weights & Resistance Tubing). Depending on the size of the group we may also incorporate & organize participants to "partner up" for more fun & exciting drills.

Outdoor Boot Camp class is 75 minutes and offered for four (4) week sessions     Variety is the name of the game; you will be motivated & challenged daily. At Living Active Fitness, we believe strongly in addressing all components of fitness training including strength, cardiovascular endurance, core conditioning, power and stamina.

• Walking/Jogging and/or Running
• Plyometrics/Jumping/Hopping/Bounding/Skipping
• Sport-Specific Training
• Body Weight Exercises
• Using the Elements as Resistance
• Core & Balance Training

What To Bring:

To start off with an exercise mat, bottle of water and a towel. As mentioned above, we may request additional equipment such as the Swiss Ball, Hand Weights & Resistance Tubing to enhance your workout as the sessions progress. Be sure to dress in layers; we meet in rain, snow or sunshine -- there is no such thing as bad weather!

When & Where:

All camps are held outdoors within the Chilliwack community & surrounding vicinity. Area schools, parks and/or recreation areas are our "playground". We meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's during sunset evening hours. Please contact Living Active Fitness & Massage for more information and next session!


Boot Camp classes are offered as a 4 week, monthly program. You choose the day(s) and number of sessions.

• 1 four week session - 3 classes per week - 12 Classes Total
• 1 four week session - 2 classes per week -   8 Classes Total
• 1 four week session - class per week -   4 Classes Total

So, depending on your availability, that's 4 to 12 hours of intense, fat burning instruction and guidance with a certified professional trainer!
